Our existing patterns, marked and packaged under your brand. The fastest route to a catalog of your own — no tooling, no drawings.
Modified pattern
Start from one of our 380 references and change what matters: length, tip geometry, serration, finish or handle profile.
Build to drawing
You supply the drawing or a physical sample; we develop the die, prove the process and qualify first articles against your spec.
Set assembly
Procedure-specific trays and kits assembled, marked and packed to your bill of materials, ready for hospital stores.

From brief to first shipment
We review patterns, volumes and marking, then confirm what is standard and what needs development.
Unit pricing by volume band, tooling costs where needed, and a realistic lead time.
Pre-production samples with your marking and packaging, sent for your approval.
You sign off dimensions, finish, marking and packaging against the agreed spec.
Full run manufactured, inspected and shipped on the Incoterm you choose.
